Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project managementBusiness development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target areaProject client interfaceFinancial management of projectsWorking with the team to set goals to meet business objectivesCity of Austin and/or Travis County design process experience required Qualifications PE in TexasBS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)3-6 years of relevant project experience Experience managing civil/site development projectsExperience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projectsSound technical design backgroundExcellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skillsThorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standardsRelated local experience preferred
