Candidate should be doing end to end analytics of Geo tool. He should have RF expertise to prepare different use cases in Geo. He should be able to handle Geo operations in coordination with Geo vendors.

1) End to end Geo Analytics

2) Handling Geo operation for Pan India

3) Use cases through Geo to support circle Quality

4) Coordinate for all major/minor upgrades in Geo & provide support for activities related to major RAN upgrades.

5) Automation of Use cases using Python

Candidate should have experience on 5G/LTE/VoLTE/M-MIMO optimization & related KPI & parameter tuning.

Candidate should have knowledge of Python/Linux

Candidate should have worked on Optimization tools which considers CTR data as an input for detailed analytics.

Candidate should have worked on LTE/VoLTE planning fundamentals.
