Facilities gas/chemical engineer understands flow of a semiconductor process/production unit/manufacture and performs safy and stable untility supply as top priority planning units design, constrcution management, new units introduction, maintenance schedule while complying with laws and regulations. Furthermore, it is main job that considers technical improvement for existing units troubles or risks.
