Role Responsibilities:
Main responsibility is to master Product Lifecycle Management by implementing the APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) process in order to create World-Class products with On-Time production launches at our stated Quality standard.
Implementation of APD and CQP procedure’s steps in order to have new or modified final product or process fulfilling Customer expectations.
Oracle is a key tool in APD/CQP process to create or update Attributes, BOM, Routing etc.
Role will collaborate with several Plant departments: Engineering, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, etc.
Monitor main area KPI’s in order to meet assigned target and implement corrective actions if required: APD - On-Time Project Completion, APD - On-time PPAP Delivery, APD - On-time Tollgate Delivery (phases 1-5), CQP - On-Time CQP Implementation (phase 7)
Management of one of the plant assembly departments in terms of safety, quality and productivity
Support the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop.
Support the implementation of quality systems in the workshop
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree
5 Years experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic MS Office Suite Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing processes: In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes (laser cutting, press brake forming, welding, painting, & assembly)
Equipment and tools: Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and tools.
Data analysis: Ability to analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address manufacturing challenges.
Project management: Capability to manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion.
Quality control: Understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.
Cost analysis: Ability to evaluate manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Computer Skills (Oracle, BI, Teamcenter, Solidworks, or NX experience)
Teamwork: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
