Job Description: Continuous Improvement Engineer Duties: + Investigate, experiment, and implement processes to maximize productivity + Provide tactical coaching on Lean Methodology and Continuous Improvement Techniques (Six Sigma) + Provides manufacturing with packaging and technical engineering support to implement new products and processes into production + Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement by actively managing projects to improve overall quality + Continuously challenges the status quo understood as a day-to-day activity in the section/business unit + Proactive problem-solving on the basis of statistical analysis of corrective actions/assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, QA, EHS projects + Implementation of technical, and technological developments based on proactive problem-solving + Acting according to the EHS agreement guidelines + Selection and development of tools and fixtures for improvements + Detailed technical specifications with EHS, ABS and quality aspects for tools and fixtures Qualifications: + ABS, LEAN, ISO, CI, 9000, PS, 9001, DMAIC, EH&S, TPM + Would like to see Bachelors in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, + Engineering functions related to production or facilities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
