In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and effectively manage and fulfill customers' orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling. Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes. Provide customer proposals, which involve the review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, managing pricing, lead time, and sizing-related activities. Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address technical clarifications related to the proposal. Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities. Resolve order issues and raise them to internal workgroups as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or related courses. Proficiency in English communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
