Responsibilities:This role will be based in Johor.Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory and analytical instruments.Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage.Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.Work closely with the technical team to diagnose and resolve issues.Maintain service reports and documentation.
