Job Description:

The Engineer II, Template Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining templates for various applications and platforms.

Develop and maintain NextGen templates for healthcare specialty clinical content.Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure templates meet project requirements and brand guidelines.Optimize v templates for performance and accessibility.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NextGen template functionality and compatibility.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure NextGen templates are modern and efficient.Maintain documentation for development changes following internal tracking process.Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Computer Science, SQL Development, or a related fieldOr, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:2-4 years experience as a Template Developer or similar role.Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of: Strong understanding of NextGen Template Editor and MS-SQL Programming. Microsoft development tools. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SSMS). Fundamental knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.Skill in: Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork.  Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.Ability to: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
