Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibrations and validations on laboratory equipment to ensure flawless operation according to manufacturer's specifications.Conduct qualification tests of new or existing equipment to determine efficient performance.Prepare detailed reports based on testing results to successfully implement solutions and maintain high standards.

Work Environment

This is a customer-facing role with 60% overnight travel and local travel. Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle, effective customer communication, performing equipment maintenance, writing service and expense reports, and installing instrumentation.

Education

High school diploma required

Required Experience

Proven experience with GxP and GDP.Minimum of 2 years of related validation experience.Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Preferred Experience

Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Calibration.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and 75+ pounds occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $72,000.00–$108,000.00.
