Implement investment and continuous improvement projects for the production processes, as well as analyze and standardize the plant indicators using engineering and problem-solving tools to ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:

Implement Investment Projects (Capex), evaluating, documenting, and managing resources for the successful installation of new productive lines and equipment.Identify and solve problems, using root cause analysis tools to make the production processes more reliable.Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime.Coordinate the engineering changes (CQP) to production lines and ensure proper documentation.Support the establishment of standards to meet Donaldson requirements in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.

Travel: Up to 10% (If Applicable)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.3+ years of experience as a Project or Process Engineer.Advanced EnglishKnowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMI (project management institute) or similar.Background in 6 Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive or metal working industry.Core Tools.Minitab.Autocad / Solidworks.MSOffice.IATF 16949, ISO 14000
