Skills and Requirements * 4+ years total engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility * Solar, utility, battery storage industry background * Experience on the preconstruction side: review request for proposals coming from clients, working with multidisciplinary engineering groups * Design work and calculations * Growing knowledge of electrical engineering for solar PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) * Software's: CAD, PVsyst or PV Case * Familiarity with NEC codes (690, 703) * Engineering bachelor's degree * Currently has EIT and is looking to pursue PE * Currently has PE null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
