Responsibilities:

Determine the control system requirements and specifications for new projectsEngage in collaborative efforts with teams from different areas to design and develop top-notch automation systems.Implement and commission control systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performanceAddress and resolve any issues or malfunctions with current control systemsContinuously improve and optimize existing control systems to enhance efficiency and productivityStrictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during the design and implementation processesProvide technical support and mentorship to other team members as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems in an industrial environmentStrong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI/SCADA Systems (Allen-Bradley or Similar)Familiarity with various technologies, including industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)Strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teamsStrong drive to deliver outstanding results

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $100,000.00–$130,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
