Job Overview

Be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Field Service team as an Engineer III. Work remotely, covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Provide outstanding customer support with a company car provided.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding field service support for our customers in Hospitals and Private Laboratories.Perform maintenance, repair and installation activities on daily basis.Use company Protocols and communication platforms to update team on daily basis.Adhere to QMS and follow process and procedures accurately.Remain up to date with trainings and meet work completion targets.Collaborate closely with customers to determine their needs and communicate to Internal teams.Strictly adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.Apply strong communication skills to offer clear and concise technical support.Manage flexible work schedules to accommodate customer availability.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years field service experience.Background in electronics or biomedical engineering.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Flexibility to work around customer availability.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
