Summary:

Performs all types of troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment, environmental spaces and grounds as assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and department policies and procedures. Works independently in majority of tasks; requires little or no supervision. High responsibility level, especially when dealing directly with guests.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems Responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment and components (i.e. plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment as needed);  check equipment for hazards, make adjustments and replace as needed Responsible for initiating and responding to work orders through the work order system, completing the work assignments timely/accurately and keeping accurate records of work performed Must be able to maintain the preventative maintenance program as required including documentation on annual inspections of equipment Must know the critical power distribution systems and take appropriate actions as needed (i.e. system failures, power outages, etc.) Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed; Must be able to use power tools, chemicals, electrical and mechanical devices; Walk daily routes to ensure all necessary repairs are made Responsible for pool facilities – maintain, adjust and document pool chemicals as required Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required Responsible for researching parts and materials and making recommendations for replacements Present self in a professional ,well-groomed manner at all times Maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of the organization Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Able to understand and conform to all Company/Department Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
