Summary: Our QA Engineer IV serves as a lead technical contributor role. The Team Member in this role balances complex relationships between units and areas or leads, mentors, and coaches other developers and engineers, and integrates Agile methodologies into processes, requirements and changes. Essential Functions + Software development and quality assurance/testing. + Creation of system documentation for software development and quality assurance processes. + Analysis and documentation of data requirements for development and/or validation of databases. + Business intelligence analysis and reporting. + Engineering methodologies, processes and procedures. + Understands the dynamics of engineering groups and manages relationships between diverse Team Members; uses leadership skills to model and promote collaboration. + Monitors progress and tracks project schedules to determine where assignments may be added or scheduled to address current and future needs. + Implements specific business-unit plans to achieve business goals while filling development and/or quality gaps and continually grow talent. + Uses comprehensive knowledge of external and internal customers’ goals, plans and methods to appreciate and anticipate their needs and to create quality or value-added products and services. + Clearly identifies and familiarizes oneself with perceptions and expectations of internal and external clients. + Takes a stand on issues impacting the organization in the short and long term; makes recommendations for increased effectiveness. + Clearly communicates new goals and plans to all team members, anticipates questions and is prepared to answer them. + Works with the IT engineering team, the IT operations team and internal clients to create new functionality, and troubleshoots and resolves reported problems. Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification + Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline from an accredited college or university. + Ten years of people, business and technical experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience. + Previous experience working with advanced tools and techniques in software development, data analysis and quality, business intelligence, warehouse or applications including test automation solutions. + Possess current Agile Certification and previous experience using Agile methodologies and processes in software development projects and engineering efforts (Preferred). + Seven years managing and supervising technical teams (preferred) + Experience managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure (preferred) + Experience with cloud technologies and implementations (preferred) + Experience developing and executing innovative IT strategic plans (preferred) + Experience managing operational budgets and expenses (preferred) + Extensive experience with business intelligence tools in a data warehouse environment (preferred) #LI-VB1 #VIC_RX We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $127,400.00 - Mid: $182,000.00- Max: $236,600.00 -
