As an outstanding Engineer, you will work with different teams to seamlessly integrate new technology, thrive in the fast-paced semiconductor industry, and drive innovation and excellence. Your skills and experience will encourage collaboration and inclusion.

You will work with the Design Team to set electrical targets and define transistor structures to meet these targets. You will guide the device technology development and be in close relation with Process Integration, Design Engineering, Design, Design Rules, Reliability, Transistor Modeling, TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design), and Parametric Test, to name a few. In addition, you will ensure that the developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding and that these considerations are designed into the technology from the start.

Responsibilities:Drive the progress of our NAND-CMOS roadmap, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps to achieve our ambitious goals.Provide strategic directions to improve our device portfolio, ensuring both performance and cost-effectiveness.Define, complete, and analyze silicon experiments to pioneer future device generations.Talk to Design Engineers to define transistor targets, provide accurate transistor models, and improve layout-constrained Design Rules.Collaborate with the TCAD simulation group to develop innovative strategies for transistor structures.Ensure transistor models are accurately targeted to anticipate final silicon outcomes.Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring.Maintain high motivation to meet reliability standards and collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure transistors perform as encouraged, addressing yield and reliability issues.Mentor less experienced colleagues, encouraging a collaborative and innovative team spirit.Qualifications & Skills:Strong background in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a preference for candidates with a PhD or equivalent experience in Semiconductor Device Technology.Experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization.Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and Analog FETs operating at higher voltages.Strong understanding of analog design concepts.Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work well in a team, coupled with strong mentoring capabilities.

Education and Experience:MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization.Proven track record in advanced logic transistor technologies and analog FETs.
