Engineer (PMO)

Position:         Project Engineer                                               

Department:  

  

Immediate Supervisor:

1.  Qualification

1. University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.


2.  At least 2 years relevant working experience on engineering and project management in design institutions;


3. Excellent know-how in project planning and management/supervision.

4. Able to use Continuous Improvement processes, skills and Techniques AND lead projects in this area.


5. Good command of spoken and written in English.

6. Open mind, good interpersonal communication skill and presentation skill.

7. Strong sense of marketing.

Responsibilities

  

Coordinate and motivate the project group to ensure the effective management and implementation of all projects assigned to the group.


2.  Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.


3.  Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for all projects assigned to the group.


4.  Set up regular conference call with project group from other sites.


5.  Ensure the team has punctual and accurate updated on the projects.


6.  Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared by the group.


7.  Monitor and control the cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.


8.  Achieve and improve customer satisfaction on the project implementation.


9.  Deliver and close the project on time.


10. Perform any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.
