Senior Engineer - PAM

Your Tasks:

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on factory machinery, including conveyor systems, production line equipment, and industrial robots, to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of equipment breakdowns, and implement timely and effective solutions to maintain production efficiency and quality standards. Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of wornout components, to prolong the lifespan of machinery and reduce maintenance costs. Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and standards, proactively address safety concerns, and participate in safety audits to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs, repair reports, and parts inventory. Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements as needed.

 

Your Profile:

5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in green field projects, demonstrating the ability to set up and maintain mechanical systems from scratch. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, minimizing production disruptions. A vigilant commitment to safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing the wellbeing of employees and equipment integrity. Strong communication skills and attention to detail to effectively communicate maintenance activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
