In this role, you'll support the Director of Engineering by overseeing daily operations, ensuring hotel equipment stays in top condition through maintenance and repairs, guiding the engineering team, and continuously improving guest services and support systems.

What will you be doing?
Provide daily Condition and Work Progress report to the Director of Engineering. Supervise, direct and inspect the Engineers on a daily basis to ensure their work productivity and quality meets standards and deadlines. Responsible for coordination and roll-out of projects as directed. Interact as needed with guests, contractors, vendors. Knowledge of brand standard as well as service standards and meets expectations. Perform all assigned day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance projects as assigned. Conduct regular inspections via walk-throughs of public areas, back of the house areas, guest rooms and exterior areas.What do you bring to the role?
Must be able to read and interpret documents to include: Blueprints/Schematics, Procedure manuals, OSHA standards such as LockOut/TagOut, SDS, etc. Possess the individual ability to troubleshoot, repair and/or maintain the building. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team. Analytical skills in order to be able to assess and identify problems and then implement solutions. Must be able to safely use hand and power tools.What’s in it for you?
