The Engineering Supervisor supervises and performs the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff to maintain the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas. Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff. Ensures staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations.

What will I be doing?

\n\nAssisting in day-to-day operations and driving workflow.\nReviewing quality of work of TM and Contractors.\nTaking lead on water treatment and PM schedule.\nAssisting in scheduling and managing Fire, Life, Safety inspections.\n

What are we looking for?

\n

 

\n\nKnowledge of general safe operating procedures\nSkilled in using electrical testing instruments.\nBasic reading and writing skills in English.\nAbility to life, grasp, and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs.\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 25 feet.\nAbility to perform duties in combined spaces.\nAbility to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling.\nHearing ability to respond to beeper communication.\nVisual ability in order to identify and locate existing problems.\n \n \n\n

The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
