Job Description Insight Global is looking for a distribution, engineering, & technology technician. The essential functions of this role include: performing analytical tasks related to design, construction, maintenance, and operations of electrical power distribution facilities. Some projects this candidate would be supporting include distribution facility design, relocation of existing distribution facilities, and distribution system improvements (minor expansions, conversions, rebuilds). In this role, the technician would also be creating work orders, job sketches, material lists, & cost estimates. This person would update GIS systems for new job, damage to the property, and error correction based on field information. Compensation: $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
