What will you do in this job? Monitor purchase order process in Limble including adding completion dates, updated account balances, creating reorder purchase orders, and monitor stock partsServe as part of approval team for purchase ordersResponsible for attaching invoices and ensuring proper accounting codes are used in engineering software platformAssist with approval of invoices in engineering software platformReconcile records and account balancesResponsible for providing purchase and labor reportsProvide administrative clerical support to Director of Engineering as neededKeep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisorOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties What skills and experience do you need for this job? 10 key, computer skills, and a high degree of accuracy in work required1-2 years accounting/engineering software experience requiredWork-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is keyBe willing and able to work solo or as part of a teamBe committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standardsBe organized with a great eye for detailBe kind to others and always bring your bestBe a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsBe helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mileBe relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve ballsBe ready to have fun!
