Description:Lockheed Martin Procerus Technologies is seeking a talented Engineering Administrative Support Representative to join our team. In your role as an Engineering Administrative Support Representative, you will be a member of a team engaged in the development of tactical sUAS and related accessories. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, you will simultaneously support multiple groups including systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating recruiting efforts (e.g., arrange interviews, assist in onboarding, etc.)
• Tracking engineering assets (development drones, tools, testing equipment, etc.) and coordinating their utilization, maintenance, and transfer between groups
• Generating presentations, documents, spreadsheets, charts, or other graphics as assigned
• Helping the Engineering Manager prepare for meetings, record notes and assignments, and follow up on assignments
• Tracking purchases, submitting expense reports, and tracking expenses against the budget
• Managing common calendars for the group
Other duties may include:
• Organizing travel for the group members (hotels, plane tickets, rental cars, etc.)
• Coordinating meetings, trainings, and other events for the engineering group
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year professional experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Must have a High School diploma.
Desired Skills:
• Associate degree or equivalent training in office administration or a related field
• 3 years professional experience
• Demonstrated skills in software such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira
• Mastery of organizational and time management practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A refined ability to maintain and exude positivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Confidence in interactions with various internal and external parties including suppliers, contractors, customers, military personnel, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
