Job Title: Engineering AnalystJob Description Establishes, tracks, reports, and forecasts all facets of assigned programs to compliantly satisfy the reporting requirements for both internal and external customers. Tasks and assignments tend to be complex, non-routine, and/or require a greater level of expertise and duties are performed under very limited supervision. Responsibilities + Establish and track all aspects of assigned programs. + Report and forecast program facets to meet internal and external customer requirements. + Perform complex, non-routine tasks requiring a high level of expertise. + Work independently with limited supervision. Essential Skills + Experience in government contracting. + Proficiency in Excel. + Experience with Estimate to Complete (ETC) and forecasting. + 10-15 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). + Experience with Costpoint. + Proficiency in TM1 and Cognos. + Self-starter with strong attention to detail. + Organized and able to work well with other groups (engineering, procurement, VPs, etc.). Work Environment The position is onsite in Huntsville, working with a team of 8 other analysts. The role involves supporting projects throughout the life of the program. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.90 - $64.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
