**Your role at Clorox:**
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and leading engineering and maintenance teams? We’re seeking a Plant Engineering and Maintenance Leader (PEM) to oversee our plant’s technical operations and ensure seamless alignment with strategic goals. As the PEM, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our facility by managing capital projects, optimizing maintenance activities, and ensuring safety and compliance.
**In this role, you will:**
Main responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage Plant Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Services operations, ensuring all activities align with plant objectives.
+ Oversee capital investment plans, budget management, and ensure project execution aligns with scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing and refining maintenance processes to achieve operational excellence.
+ Supervise the Plant’s Fixed Asset Control, including inventory management, capitalization, and fixed asset work orders (FAWO).
+ Collaborate with leadership to deliver Plant scorecard results and contribute to the overall success of the operations team.
+ Ensure the implementation of robust capital investment processes during project planning and execution.
+ Support the long-term strategic planning of plant facilities and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
+ Manage risk and environmental compliance while maintaining technical documentation, including drawings and reports.
This position is a critical player in Plant Leadership, Growth Culture, OGST and Master Plan aligned with business long term goals.

**What we look for:**
+ Proven leadership in managing engineering and maintenance operations, with a strong focus on capital projects.
+ Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
+ In-depth understanding of fixed asset management, capital investment processes, and maintenance optimization.
+ A strong commitment to safety and compliance standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
+ A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to develop and mentor teams while driving change and fostering growth culture.
+ Minimum 5-7 year of experience in manufacturing / engineering.
+ People management experience.
+ Capital Process deep knowledge and proven implementation experience.
+ College –Engineering Degree (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer) or equivalent professional experience
