Job Responsibilities Responsible for all front-face process-related issues occurring during out-of-hours shift operation Monitor and sustain process performance on qualified processes and operations, monitoring SPC To troubleshoot out-of-control or process abnormality issues, lot disposition, and put the corrective actions in place Work closely with the process owner, equipment engineering, and operations teams to restore down process back to production and achieve modules objectives Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform. Respond to PR rules and follow CAS/SOP accordingly Provide details and accurate pass down of tools/process related and lot disposition during hand-over between shift process engineers or technicians Participate and assist in engineering improvement activities to assure continuous process yield and cost-saving projects Assign, and coordinate with the shift IC and other members on the daily shift to shift operation items Mentor and coach the junior new members To execute data analysis and situation awareness for excursion of process abnormality issues Job Requirements Min Diploma in engineering/science or equivalent from a recognized institution 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with technical expertise and knowledge in dry/wet etch, thin film sputtering, backgrinding, and plating is advantageous Experienced in SPC and OCAP is advantageous Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill Good analytical and problem-solving skills Willing to work in a clean room environment and on rotating shift
