JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Able to utilize data to generate insights, initiate measurement mechanisms and / or track key performance indicators

Participate in specific Continuous Improvement events and activities as required, largely in a manufacturing setting

Work with engineering and maintenance teams on day-to-day problem solving.

Recommend process improvements to streamline for efficiencies.

Support/Lead small projects to improve site sustainability improvements, including design and implementation.

Collaborate with other departments such as, EHS, Process Engineering, etc. to obtain data needed to implement successful projects.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills

Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
