SPS Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Engineering Co-op student for Spring 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a career in engineering to gain hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. As a Co-op, you will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation and process improvement.
During your time with us, you’ll be exposed to various facets of engineering, including product development, process engineering, and manufacturing operations. This position will provide you with a solid foundation and practical experience to complement your academic knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of new products and processes.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Conduct data analysis and assist in troubleshooting issues in manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance departments, to ensure seamless project execution.Help create and revise technical documentation such as work instructions, process flow diagrams, and engineering reports.Participate in continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for optimization within the manufacturing process.Qualifications:
