Location: Marietta, GA in office 5 days per week
Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for Spring 2025, Fall 2025, and the following Spring 2026

What you will do:
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring what was sold is communicated and fulfilled Serves as the liaison between the customer, sales team, and Daikin factories Visit job sites with Field Sales Engineers and Daikin Technicians to inspect Daikin HVAC equipment Assist Field Sales Engineers with HVAC equipment selection that will be used in the design process Determine project timelines, ship dates, and project costs Troubleshoot customer requests and changes to the initial project scope of work Assist the sales team with technical expertise in the selection/application of standard or modified products Create professional sales proposals and submittals from RFP/RFI from clients for Daikin Applied Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing (Daikin Tools Quotations)
Minimum Qualifications:
Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Engineering internship experience Experience with Solidworks or related CAD software Successfully completed Thermo-dynamics I, and Fluid Mechanics for Mechanical Engineering majors or similar coursework for Electrical or Aerospace Engineering majors
