Job Summary:

Windsor Salt's Evaporation Facility in Windsor, Ontario, has an opening for an Engineering Co-op Student for the upcoming Summer 2025 term. This person will provide technical support to the Engineering and management team at Windsor Salt.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor project assignments Follow compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions Assist Project Engineers in matters relating to the selection of new equipment, material substitution and prescheduled alterations or repairs as required.

Knowledge. Skills, and Abilities:

Safety-conscious team player Excellent communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, this individual will:

Be registered in an accredited University Engineering Co-op Program Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD would be considered an asset Mandatory G/G2 Driver's License is required for this position
