Engineering Controlling Specialist

Mission of the Role: The role will be focused on engineering programs financial controlling, CAPEX, Asset transfer
disposal, Fix asset inventory, SOX, People Cost and VAVE Projects.

Key Objectives of this Role: Project Financial Controlling / Benchmarking, VAVE Financial Lead, Productivity and
Utilization Analysis.

Key Performance Indicators: Engineering Projects financials, Variances and Projections. VAVE actual and target.

Key Year One Deliverables: Project Financial Performance / Project Benchmarking / VAVE Target

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance
English fluency
Financial Analysis/Reporting (+3 years),
Proficient in Microsoft Applications – data analytics
SOX compliance / external Audit support
Experience with ERP systems (QAD, SAP) and HFM / OneStream
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quantitative mindset, high standards of accuracy and precision
