ENERCON serves several markets throughout the energy sector, including data centers, mission critical facilities, the federal government, industrial, nuclear power, power delivery, grid infrastructure, power generation, and renewable energy.

Due to growth, ENERCON is seeking an Engineering Director.  This position will be located in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. For the right candidate other EFS office locations will be considered.

Responsibilities Collaborate with Division VP to develop yearly budget and long range plan (LRP) for your teamEstablish the direction and vision to support your customers and achieve your LRP
Responsible for division revenue and gross margins per the yearly budget
Provide oversight of projects, ensuring high quality, schedule adherence and budget complianceFinal Arbiter for difference of professional opinionProvide input to proposal win strategies and final approval of proposals as appropriateManage a team via your Engineering Manager and Project Management Supervisor (matrixed in EFS)Coordinate and work closely with your Client Services Manager for new business development opportunities and support business meetings with existing clients to increase business Qualifications BS Degree in EngineeringPE license required15+ years of design/analysis Engineering experience5+ years' experience of supervising/managing an engineering organizationDemonstrated technical expertise in one or more broad areas of engineeringKnowledge of applicable governmental codes and industry standardsKnowledge of Department of Energy projects and sites preferredDemonstrated strong experience in proposal development, strategic planning, presentation and negotiationsAbility to travel overnight 25+%Must be a US Citizen Additional Information
