About this role

Engineering Director with exceptional cloud based fintech product development experienceStrong stakeholder management, working in multinational matrix organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding communication skills and self-initiatedStrong Knowledge with system computing in cloud environmentsResponsible for developing, supporting, maintaining our AWS/Azure/Databricks based products, as well as deep involvement with the group as we architect, design, and build automated DevSecOps pipelines for the platform.

Qualifications15+ years of experience in complex software-based solution deliveryExperience with supporting R, Python, H2O, SAS, or other tools is a plus.Experience with agile methodology for software engineering.Experience in the network and security domains related to software engineering & development efforts.Bachelor degree in Technical discipline; Masters preferredExcellent presentation and consultative skills.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and self-starterFinancial Industry experience preferred
