Summary

The Engineering Documentation Manager will be responsible for responsible for the day-to-day management of the Change Analyst Process to ensure documentation and engineering changes meet applicable customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Ability to read and understand changes made to engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, requirements, procedures, and departmental processesMaintain and manage part data, including product lifecycle management (PLM), new product introduction (NPI), bill of materials (BOMs), and engineering drawings, and documented procedures through a controlled change management process in AgilePlan, draft, and support engineering change orders (ECOs) in AgileMonitor and maintain the progress of ECO requests to ensure they are reviewed by their approvers in a timely mannerRegulating the change process to ensure that approved and validated changes are incorporated and released in a timely fashionManage data integrity within Agile and champion documentation best practices, policies, and proceduresVerify documentation accuracy and compliance with established proceduresTrain new employees and internal customers on internal documentation related processes, including proper document retrievalContribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives for documentation and ECO practicesPerform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of the Quality Management System

Job Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment or 5+ years within Quality or DocumentationIn lieu of degree: Minimum of six (6) years of change analyst and document review experience in a relevant work environment will be consideredStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Experience working with Agile or other Product Data Management (PDM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systemsExcellent written communication skills and verbal English skillsAbility to manage a complex schedule and handle multiple commitmentsStrong attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsSome history of managing projects and/or people

Salary Range:

$74,800.00-$99,880.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
