Engineering - Installation Coordinator
**Job Title: Installation Coordinator** **Job Description** Responsible for installing company equipment at customer’s facilities. Coordinate installation work between the Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer. Typically oversee assignments such as safety leader, material planner, mechanical/electrical worker, and/or supervisor. Act as the overall installation coordinator, team leader, and QAQC leader. **Responsibilities** + Install company equipment at customer facilities. + Coordinate installation work between Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer. + Oversee safety leader, material planner, mechanical/electrical worker, supervisor, overall installation coordinator, team leader, and QAQC leader roles. + Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. + Plan and manage materials required for installation projects. + Read and understand equipment drawings and identify parts through drawings. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during installation. + Use unique tools applicable to maintenance and tools installation. + Work with automated equipment such as stacker cranes, conveyors, and AGVs. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical skills. + Experience with installation and construction processes. + Ability to use unique tools for maintenance and tool installation. + Familiarity with stacker cranes, conveyors, and AGVs. + Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs. + Ability to read and understand equipment drawings. + Experience with building automation systems. + Electrical troubleshooting skills. + Field service experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate's degree (AS) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. + 5+ years of material handling experience as a field service technician. + High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in installation and/or automation maintenance/engineering. + Equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued. You may occasionally be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
