Job Description
We are seeking three interns to work part-time until school is out and full-time over the summer. The end goal for these interns is to be hired directly after their internship. Interns will report directly to their supervisor, following them around and shadowing the business. As they become more involved, they will undertake small projects within Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, production scheduling, time management, and basic engineering duties.

Work Environment
The work environment includes the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb portable ladders. Personal Protection Equipment will be required, and good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are necessary. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, jeans or work pants, and a T-shirt or polo. The shift is from 6 AM to 3 PM.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
