Come join the Technology team as an Engineering Intern in Minnetonka, MN! In this role, you'll
gain experience working with Researchers on the team. Our team's work spans from laboratory
to pilot to production lines with projects aimed at improving our research tools in each area.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a global company and dive into Research and
Development at our Minnetonka plant!


Requirement for consideration:
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an Engineering or Material Science focus
● Completed at least sophomore-level classes at the time of the internship
● GPA greater than 3.0

● Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
● A desire for process improvement/ desire to learn
● Strong organizational skills
● Strong interpersonal + team building skills
● Strong oral + written communication skills
