Engineering Intern
**Description** This is a full-time position during the summer months for an individual focused on Engineering. Candidates need to live in, or be willing to relocate to the Wrightstown, Wisconsin area to work onsite at the production facility (no relocation assistance provided). **What You Get to Do** + Provide assistance with product trials completed on the production floor + Lead Projects to improve operational efficiency + Utilize Statistical Measures to show improvement. + Elevate complex and/or high priority problems for resolution + Read, understand and follow work instructions + Provide updates and metrics regarding project status and learning moments using a variety of media + Work independently and ability to collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements, gather information and provide feedback + Assist other department/team members as needed + Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed + All other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field + ​Understanding of standard engineering principals (protocols, process, evaluations, statistical analysis) + Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams) and Outlook + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Self-motivated and proactive professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment + Ability to follow documented policies and procedures. + Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously + Trouble shooting/problem solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
