Job Summary

Assist with the safe, effective and code compliant design or operation of engineering systems supporting natural gas related infrastructure projects.  Typical projects include RNG production facilities, LNG liquefaction plants, LNG vaporization plants, natural gas metering and regulating stations, and natural gas compressor stations. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist staff engineers in the execution of capital projects or operations support.  Responsibilities may include reviewing and editing drawings, developing specifications, performing technical calculations, communicating with vendors, participating in site visits for field reconnaissance, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Self-motivated and dependable. Aptitude for managing multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Eager to work in a team setting. Ability and willingness to travel up to 4 hours for occasional field work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education and Experience Current engineering student pursuing a B.S. in an engineering discipline.  Preference given to applicants pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or an Energy-related field in Engineering.  Preference given to engineering students currently in their Junior (3rd) year of studies.   Valid Driver’s License.  Preference for candidates with interest in career opportunities within the energy sector.
