Primary Responsibilities:

Quick Kaizens:  Utilize problem solving/identification tool to work with team members to identify potential improvement initiatives.

Validations: Update validation master plan data base

Team Support:  Work with engineering team to implement engineering changes.

Continuous Improvement:  Support site change order for implementation of standardized work instructions for new and legacy complex parts

Major Projects

Standardize mold naming convention and identification process working with tooling designers. Create process templates for standardize work updates for manufacturing drawings, tooling, quality, and work instructions. Establish updates for standardized times for process families utilizing time studies
