Where You'll Make a Difference:

Support digital and automation initiatives for warehouse operations and inventory management Develop written procedures, tables, graphs, drawings, and forms to support process documentation Conduct time studies, analyze work layouts, and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost savings Support packing process enhancements by optimizing workflows and ergonomic solutions Execute Design of Experiments with existing manufacturing equipment for silicone milling, cutting, and spooling Assist with various engineering and process improvement tasks based on site needs and team priorities
