Role Summary Internship Term: Rivian & VW Technology internships are experiences optimized for student candidates. To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between Dec 2025 and June 2027. This role will support building out KPI dashboards, work on program management process improvement initiatives, and assist in defining quarterly roadmaps. Responsibilities Work with PMs to define and track goals and KPIs for each program milestone Identify and propose process improvement opportunities within the organization Collaborate cross functionally to define quarterly plans Remove roadblocks to ensure team efficiency Qualifications Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in Software Engineering or Computer Science Experience working with hardware and software integration Experience working in Robotics, SAE, or other engineering related projects Experience working in team settings and experience collaborating with different teams Prior leadership experience and/or experience in project management are a plus #LI-SA5 Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Internships: The range of pay for internships is 25.00-51.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, and other factors permitted by law. Rivian provides robust wellness benefits, and a medical insurance package for interns, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
