We work closely with other internal teams to ensure our systems can meet the demands of a business that is scaling rapidly.

We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader who is excited by solving complex, detail-oriented business problems and is passionate about improving the usability, reliability and uptime of the products they own.

You may be a good fit, if:

You’ve worked in a people management role in the past but also enjoy coding and want to be in a hands-on product building role. You’re curious about utilizing AI and the scaling benefits and insights it can bring to your customers. You care deeply about building the best possible product and enjoy interacting with customers to better understand their needs (not just the Product Manager’s job!). You enjoy working in an autonomous environment where experimental rigor, gathering feedback, measuring data, and being decisive on next steps is the preferred way of working vs top down management. You enjoy working in an environment where everyone is given flexibility to work where they do their best work - this might be from one of our offices, mostly from home, or fully remote.
