Our primary business is profile extrusion.  The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the department to meet the site's growth, profitability, design, manufacturing and quality needs.  Will be responsible for daily supervision of the department personnel, process improvements, and projects to improve the site.  This position assists Production, Quality, R&D, Sales and Marketing in resolving technical issues and in coordinating the improvement of existing processes.

Duties include aiding the Quality Department in implementing corrective actions, aiding the EHS Manager in identifying safety issues and implementing corresponding action items, specifying new tooling or capital equipment, and coordinating tool and die maintenance when needed.  The Engineering Manager leads the setup technicians, who are responsible for optimizing and documenting process changes in production.
