JD:

·        Manage a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.

·        Oversee day-to-day development activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

·        Manage and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and career growth support.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.

·        Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

·        Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, performance evaluations, and training.

·        Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommending tools and frameworks for adoption.

·        Provide hands-on technical leadership in .NET and React-based projects.

·        Manage project resources, including timelines, budgets, and personnel allocation.

·        Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance team performance.

Basic Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, Quality Assurance or related field

•           10+ Years of experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance

•           5+ years of experience in an Agile environment

•           5+ years of experience in a management/people leadership capacity

•           5+ years of experience in technology project management, managing multiple projects and teams.

•           To have a proven record of successfully delivering complex data projects, a deeper understanding of data engineering concepts, ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.

•           Strong leadership skills, technical thought leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.

•           Experience in Cloud-based software architecture, development, and testing solutions.
