What Engineering Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.

Engineering Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Engineering function.

Responsibilities  

Manages Capital & VIPs pipelineResponsible for Cost Savings Projects for the facilityPartner with Manufacturing to improve performance and proficiency.Responsible for Portfolio Breadth and innovation for the siteDeliver savings through year over year cost savings projects to improve Cost of Goods SoldEnsure projects execution in alignment with PLM ECG Strategy.Partner with OpEx to build a year-to-year project hopper.Partner with the external functional areas to ensure successful projects execution.Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction for the Chicopee Engineering function.Leads the Chicopee engineering functions required for production, process improvements, validation compliance, and regulatory requirements at the site.Responsible for Advanced Engineering such as - Process Development for new product introductionsResponsible for the ECG PLM Strategic Roadmap and Cost Reduction year to year improvement pipeline execution for the site.Other Duties and Responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor


Qualifications

8-12 years of experience preferred.

BA, BS (Biomedical or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience in related field preferredSix Sigma Certification preferred.Medical Device Manufacturing experience preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $114,200 - $171,360
