Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager experienced in leading mechanical teams through ERP system implementations and upfitting manufactured parts into truck bodies or heavy equipment.

Job Requirements:

Highly prefer BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering; 2-year degree candidates considered

Experience leading a mechanical team through a new ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

Experience upfitting manufactured parts into truck bodies or heavy equipment

Preferred Skills:

Senior level experience; suitable for semi-retired professionals

Job Responsibilities:

Implement new ERP system (Global Shop Solutions - GSS)

Navigate and manage backlog of work

Support early career engineers during the transition

Pay Details: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour
