Overview:

We are looking to hire an Engineering Manager for our client in Hampton, VA.

Description:

Lead technical team and functional management work.Manage up to 12 direct reports.Implement new processes and strategies if needed.Will be expected to support the teams development and one on ones with the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering. Masters Degree great but not required.8+ years of experience.Extensive experience within manufacturing and production.People management skills.Good technical background.Team lead experience.
