We’re searching for a Macedonia based Engineering Manager to join our Global R&D team, so that we can continue delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget while fostering a high-class engineering culture. The Engineering Manager will lead multiple multidisciplinary development squads within the RLDatix Human Capital Management stack, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and supporting product management goals.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Leading and managing multidisciplinary development squads to ensure software project delivery meets time, cost, and quality expectations.
+ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Management, DevOps, TechOps, and Architecture, to ensure strategic alignment and smooth workflows.
+ Developing and mentoring team members by setting clear objectives tied to R&D’s strategic plan and personal development goals.
+ Driving recruitment activities to strengthen the team and remove single points of failure within the department.
+ Promoting high standards of software engineering excellence and ensuring teams follow best practices for development, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based SaaS product development.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Proven experience in software engineering and product development, ideally in a SaaS environment.
+ Demonstrable success in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams of direct and indirect reports.
+ Strong expertise in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, with a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges of cloud-based product development.
+ Extensive experience with authorization and authentication on hands on level but also high level.
+ Extensive experience working in Agile environments, particularly SCRUM.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time.
+ A passion for innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
