Job Title: Engineering Manager – Mining
Location: Limpopo, South Africa
Hire Resolve’s Client are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to join their mining operations in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the mining operations, ensuring optimal production and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the engineering team, including mining engineers, geotechnical engineers, and other technical staff
– Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize production and minimize costs
– Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
– Oversee equipment maintenance and repair programs
– Collaborate with other departments to achieve production targets
– Manage capital projects and budgeting for engineering activities
– Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
– Grade 12
– Bachelor’s in engineering / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
– GCC Mines and Works
– 3 years Appointed Engineering Manager experience is essential.
Benefits:
– Salary: R2.5m – R3m CTC
